Christmas Tournament for children in Reception to Year 6. Children will be split into relevant age groups for the tournament. PLEASE NOTE- Reception children must be minimum 5 years old to do a full day. Reception children under 5 can only book for a half-day (9am-12pm or 12.30pm-3.30pm). Early booking is recommended in order to guarantee your child's place Camp notes - We will have access to both the grass pitches and the indoor Sports Hall, so if arriving at camp in their football boots, it is critical to pack a pair of trainers/AstroTurf trainers in their bag in case they also play inside the Sports Hall that day. Shinpads are advisable. - Please send them in appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. If sunny and warm, please apply sunscreen before they arrive. If wet, it may be worth packing additional clothing so they are able to change into dry clothes at breaktime. - Each day will run from 9am till 3.30pm (8.30am start if you have selected early drop-off; 4pm finish if you have selected late pick-up), or 9am-12pm/12.30pm-3.30pm if you have selected a half-day option. Please be prompt in dropping off and picking up so we can stick to our desired schedule. If picking up at lunchtime, could you please wait in the carpark until we finish at 12pm for lunch. - The school address is Broadwater School, Summers Road, Godalming, GU7 3BW. You will be able to park in the school carpark, and one of our Coaches will be there to greet your child at the registration point, which will be situated next to the grass pitches. You will be able to collect your child from the same place at the end of the camp. When collecting, could we please ask that you inform a Coach so we can sign your child out. - Please send your child with a packed lunch (strictly no nuts please), snacks and a refillable water bottle. If in doubt, pack more snacks than you think necessary, as we tend to lose our own lunch and snacks at every camp due to ravenous children wanting more food!
